Rusia.- Al menos 13 personas murieron y 21 más resultaron heridas luego que se registrara un tiroteo en la ciudad de Izhevsk, Udmurtia, Rusia; el atacante, quien utilizaba ropa con simbología Nazi, se quitó la vida.
De acuerdo con las autoridades rusas, 7 niños, 2 maestros y 2 vigilantes, perdieron la vida en el tiroteo. En tanto, el gobernador de Udmurtia, Alexander Brechalovn, detalló que el agresor, usaba ropa con simbología Nazi y un pasamontañas, y tras cometer el tiroteo se quitó la vida.
